Ca-Razy!

This weekend is quickly becoming the most chaotic in our recent history.
Tonight, Joseph has a Student Council party and Jeremiah has a karate lesson.
Tomorrow, Joseph and Gideon have a baseball game. It is my turn to bring drinks, which means lugging a cooler along with the stroller, Jeremiah and Caleb. After the game, we will go by the boys' school for registration for next year. Our school district requires that every student "re-register" every two years to ensure that they have accurate information and updated records for each. After registration, it's a mad scramble to get everything ready for the reception after Larry's ordination, which is on Sunday. The ordination means that tomorrow, I must also make sure that everyone's clothes are laid out for Sunday morning and that I have outfits ready for the ordination as well. This includes my own outfits which, as you can imagine, will be the most difficult to pull together.
Late tomorrow night...sleep
Sunday - Standard Sunday morning scramble.
  • Go to first service with entire family (Caleb, only exception, will be in nursery)
  • Sunday school - As I have mentioned before, I teach the 9th grade Sunday School - no small feat!
  • Church service (Larry will bring guys home during 3rd service, so that they can nap before ordination/I will start preparing for reception).
  • Prepare reception area for reception - I have a couple of ladies that are going to help me with this.
  • Ordination - Wear waterproof mascara
  • Try to be the first one out of the chapel and run down the hall (gracefully, of course) to reception area thus beating everyone there
  • Quick scan to make sure that everything is "just so"
  • Try to relax and enjoy
  • Clean up reception area
  • Go home
  • Veg Out Completely!

PRAY FOR ME!!!
